Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – IT to lead the organization's IT strategy, infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless technology operations across business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IT infrastructure, network, servers, cloud, and cybersecurity operations.
- Manage ERP systems (Odoo preferred), business applications, and digital transformation projects.
- Oversee IT budgets, vendor management, software licensing, and technology procurement.
- Ensure high system availability, data security, disaster recovery,



and business continuity.
- Lead the IT team, provide technical guidance, and support business growth through technology solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 12–18 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Robust expertise in IT infrastructure, ERP, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and project management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
