Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

- Partner with WISE leadership to design and implement the people strategy aligned with business and institutional goals
- Act as a strategic advisor on organizational design, talent planning, and change management initiatives
- Champion MSU's mission, culture, and values across all levels of the vertical

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Lead recruitment for all levels across the vertical, from leadership to operational roles
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract talent from industry and academia
- Ensure smooth onboarding processes to accelerate engagement and productivity

Performance Management & Capability Development

- Implement a robust Performance Management System with measurable KPIs and regular feedback cycles
- Support leaders in conducting transparent appraisals and executing performance improvement plans
- Identify upskilling and reskilling needs and coordinate learning initiatives with L&D;

Employee Engagement, Retention & Culture Building

- Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies tailored to the WISE workforce




- Establish channels for feedback, communication, and grievance redressal
- Promote a culture of recognition, collaboration, and high performance

Compensation, Advantages & HR Operations

- Oversee compensation planning, payroll, and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness
- Manage HRMS systems, dashboards, and data analytics for decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR operational tasks

Policy, Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory obligations, and institutional HR policies
- Review and update HR policies in line with evolving business needs and legal mandates
- Liaise with legal/compliance teams to address any potential risks

Collaboration with Central HR Team

- Coordinate with Medhavi Group's Central HR to ensure policy coherence and cross-vertical alignment
- Share best practices and support implementation of group-wide HR initiatives
