Role Description The General Manager role at Eurolite Solar is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The General

Manager oversees daily operations, including project execution, resource allocation, and coordination between installation teams, sales, and support functions. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring that LED and solar projects meet quality, safety, and client requirements.

- Robust leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Operations and project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budget oversight, and quality assurance for technical or infrastructure projects.
- Business acumen in areas such as strategic planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making to support growth and profitability.

- Experience in solar, or related engineering/technical sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
