What the Company Is Looking For :

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML / Generative AI Python Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI application development. The ideal candidate should have a strong programming foundation and experience building and deploying production-grade AI/GenAI solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming
- 7-10 years of experience in AI/ML and software engineering
- Strong experience in Generative AI / GenAI
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models)
- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, or Weaviate
- Experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts
- Hands-on experience in developing AI/GenAI applications and solutions




- Solid knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM integration
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
- Strong problem-solving and programming skills
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Python.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications and RAG-based solutions.
- Develop AI solutions using Vector Databases and semantic search.
- Work on prompt engineering, model integration, and AI application development.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
- Develop scalable and production-ready AI/ML pipelines and applications.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI/ML technologies.
