Role Summary

Integrate large language models into existing application ecosystem Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP HANA ERP, Laravel web platform, and Alfresco DMS. Build n8n automation workflows, MCP connectors, and API integrations to unlock AI-powered clinical workflows, patient engagement, and operational efficiency. Own the full stack from API design through production deployment and monitoring.

Tech Stack: Claude/Anthropic LLMs, n8n, MCP, Dynamics 365, SAP HANA, Laravel, Alfresco, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis.

Key Responsibilities

LLM Integration (35%)

- Integrate Claude/Anthropic LLMs into Laravel web application and mobile APIs
- Build API wrappers for LLM access prompt caching, token optimization, fallback handling
- Deploy multimodal LLM capabilities (text + image) for diagnostic AI integration
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines connected to patient records and clinical databases
- Handle multilingual patient interactions (Hindi, English) with cultural/clinical context
- Monitor LLM quality, cost, and latency in production

MCP Connector Development (25%)

- Design and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors for external services
- Connect Dynamics 365 CRM as MCP service LLMs can query leads, appointments, patient interactions
- Connect SAP HANA as MCP service LLMs can query financial data, inventory, operations
- Connect Alfresco DMS as MCP service LLMs can search and retrieve patient documents, imaging reports
- Build custom MCP connectors for third-party APIs (SMS providers, payment gateways, lab systems)
- Ensure MCP security authentication, rate limiting, data governance

n8n Automation Workflows (25%)

- Design and deploy n8n workflows for clinical and operational processes
- Build multi-step workflows: patient inquiry LLM processing CRM update notification
- Integrate n8n with Dynamics 365, SAP HANA, and custom APIs
- Develop custom n8n nodes for specific business logic
- Deploy n8n in Docker/Kubernetes with monitoring and error handling




- Build audit trails and data logging into workflows for governance and compliance

Monitoring, Security & Documentation (15%)

- Set up monitoring for LLM quality latency, accuracy, cost per query
- Implement security: API keys, prompt injection prevention, PII data masking
- Document all integrations, APIs, and deployment procedures

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Advanced degree (Master's) in ML, AI, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (Anthropic Claude, AWS ML, Kubernetes, Docker) preferred

Skilled Experience

- Minimum 5 years professional experience in software engineering or AI/ML development
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience building and shipping LLM applications in production
- Minimum 2 years experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent integration frameworks
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or equivalent automation platforms
- Proven track record of successful enterprise API integrations (REST, gRPC, webhooks)
