We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to join our growing garment manufacturing unit at Vapi The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process ensuring efficiency quality and timely delivery Key Responsibilities Plan organize and control the production schedule Ensure optimum utilization of manpower machinery and materials Monitor production targets and ensure on-time order execution Maintain quality standards and coordinate with the QA QC team Supervise factory operations line balancing and workflow Coordinate with merchandising sourcing and other departments Implement cost control measures and minimize wastage Lead train and motivate the production team for higher productivity Requirements Graduate Diploma in Textile or Garment Technology Minimum 7-10 years of experience in garment production management Solid knowledge of garment manufacturing processes production planning and quality control Leadership skills with the ability to handle large teams Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Location Vapi Valsad Salary Competitive based on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 65 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location Remote
