Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Gardener to maintain and enhance the beauty of our gardens and landscapes The ideal candidate will have experience in general garden maintenance knowledge of plants and horticultural practices and a passion for outdoor work Key Responsibilities Maintain gardens lawns and landscaped areas including mowing trimming weeding and pruning Plant transplant and care for trees shrubs flowers and other plant materials Monitor the health of plants and gardens applying fertilizers pesticides and organic solutions as needed Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers hedge trimmers blowers and hand tools Perform seasonal tasks such as mulching leaf removal irrigation and snow removal if applicable Install and maintain irrigation systems Maintain cleanliness and safety of garden areas Identify plant diseases and pests and take appropriate action Follow landscaping plans or provide suggestions for garden improvement Ensure proper disposal of garden waste and materials Requirements Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role Knowledge of plants gardening techniques and landscaping Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics Basic understanding of irrigation and fertilization systems Job Type Full time
