Global Education & Training Institute (GETI) is developing an creative gamified Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) learning platform designed to make learning engaging and accessible for millions of children across India.

We are looking for a creative Game & Motion Designer to design engaging educational games, animations, and interactive experiences optimized for low-end Android devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design 2.5D characters, environments, UI elements, icons, and game assets.
- Create lightweight animations using SVG, Lottie, and Rive.
- Develop interactive game mechanics, reward systems, and child-friendly user experiences for children aged 5–8 years.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and curriculum experts.
- Prototype, test, and improve educational games based on user feedback.
- Ensure assets are optimized for mobile performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Game Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or an outstanding portfolio).




- 1–3 years of experience in motion design, game design, animation, or interactive product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation and interactive/game design work.
- Understanding of mobile performance optimization.
- Experience in EdTech or children's products is an advantage.
- Talented freshers with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply.

This Role Is Not
- A Unity, Unreal Engine, or WebGL 3D Artist position.
- A game mechanics-only design role.
