Founder's Associate | New Ventures & Special Projects Build businesses. Not just presentations. We're looking for someone who wants to learn how businesses are actually built—not just how they're managed.
This is a 90% in field job that to not in offices! You'll work directly alongside the founder across multiple businesses, manufacturing ventures, trading operations, investments, and new business ideas. Rather than being assigned to a single department, you'll be involved wherever important decisions are being made and where execution is required.
One week you might be researching a completely new industry. The next, you could be visiting factories, negotiating with machinery suppliers, meeting potential customers, evaluating an acquisition, or helping launch an entirely new business. No two weeks will look the same.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, meeting people, thinking independently, and making things happen.
What You'll Do - Research industries, products, and business opportunities across diverse sectors before we decide where to invest.
- Validate business ideas by speaking with manufacturers, traders, suppliers, consultants, distributors, and potential customers.
- Conduct market, competitor, and commercial research.
- Prepare business cases, costing sheets, Excel models, and financial feasibility analyses.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and recommend the best options.
- Visit factories, warehouses, industrial clusters, exhibitions, government offices, project sites, and suppliers whenever required.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure projects move forward.
- Follow up relentlessly until work gets completed.
- Help transform ideas into real operating businesses. Who We're Looking For This is not a conventional corporate Founder's Office role. We're looking for someone who sits somewhere between an entrepreneur, a business analyst, and an operator.
Someone who is equally comfortable:
- Speaking with a factory owner.
- Negotiating with a supplier.
- Building an Excel model.
- Visiting an industrial site.
- Convincing a consultant.
- Solving problems that don't come with an instruction manual.
You should be
- Curious and naturally inquisitive.
- Street-smart with solid commercial common sense.
- Comfortable talking to business owners, manufacturers, consultants,
traders, and customers.
- Equally comfortable in the field and in the office.
- Good with numbers and Excel.
- Resourceful enough to solve unfamiliar problems independently.
- Persistent with follow-ups and execution.
- Willing to travel whenever required.
Why This Role Is Different
Most jobs teach you how to perform a function. This role teaches you how to build a business. You'll work directly with the founder, gaining front-row exposure to how opportunities are identified, researched, evaluated, negotiated, financed, and executed.
You'll see the complete journey—from the first business idea and industry research to supplier negotiations, factory visits, financial analysis, execution, and scaling. You won't just execute decisions. You'll be part of making them.
As you earn trust, you'll increasingly participate in strategic discussions, business decisions, and end-to-end ownership of projects.
Our Working Style
We believe the best decisions come from open discussion—not hierarchy. You'll be encouraged to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and present alternative viewpoints backed by facts and research. We value people who think independently, not those who simply agree.
Respectful disagreement is not only accepted—it is encouraged. The best ideas win, regardless of who they come from. What You'll Gain This role is designed for people who eventually want to become entrepreneurs, operators, investors, or business leaders.
You'll gain practical exposure to:
- How completely new industries are researched before investing.
- How business opportunities are identified and validated.
- How manufacturing and trading businesses are built from scratch.
- How machinery, suppliers, consultants, and vendors are evaluated.
- How negotiations actually happen.
- How commercial and financial decisions are made.
- How businesses are launched, operated, and scaled. You'll gain exposure across multiple industries, not just one company. As you grow, you'll be given increasing responsibility,
greater autonomy, and the opportunity to own projects independently. Outstanding performance will be recognized and rewarded based on the value you create—not simply the hours you put in.
Qualifications We're far more interested in attitude, curiosity, and execution than degrees or job titles. A prestigious degree or corporate experience is not a prerequisite for this role.
What matters most is
- Street-smart thinking and strong commercial common sense.
- A willingness to get your hands dirty and work in the field.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners, manufacturers, suppliers, consultants, and customers.
- The ability to figure things out independently when there's no playbook.
- Curiosity to learn completely new industries and business models.
- Relentless follow-up and a bias toward execution.
- Ownership, integrity, and the hunger to keep learning. Exceptional candidates with the right attitude and practical experience are encouraged to apply, regardless of educational background.
This Role Is For You
If...
- You feel you're capable of contributing far more than your current role allows.
- You feel underutilized and believe your ideas deserve to be heard.
- You want to work directly with a founder instead of through multiple layers of management.
- You enjoy solving problems instead of simply following instructions.
- You thrive on ownership and accountability.
- You're excited by new industries, new challenges, and continuous learning.
- You want to understand how successful businesses are actually built—not just how they're operated.
This Role
Is NOT For You If...
- You're looking for a predictable 9-to-5 corporate job.
- You prefer being given step-by-step instructions.
- You dislike field work, factory visits, or meeting new people.
- You're uncomfortable taking ownership or making decisions.
- You prefer routine over variety. If you're looking for just another job, this probably isn't it. If you're looking for an opportunity to work directly with a founder, accelerate your learning, build real businesses across multiple industries, and create meaningful impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you. You'll have a front-row seat to real business decisions—including opportunities we reject. Understanding why not is often as valuable as understanding why yes.
