Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP regulations for external reporting purposes.
- Manage statutory reporting requirements for investment funds and hedge funds under various jurisdictions' laws.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in fund accounting or related field (investment banking/venture capital/private equity).
- Robust knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP standards for financial reporting.
- Experience preparing complex financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliations and footnote disclosures.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements for investment funds under various jurisdictions' laws.
