Job Title: Trainee – Functional Support Associate (Only Fresher Candidatures will be considered)

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in any (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, B.Sc, BA, BE, or equivalent).

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Trainee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in customer operations, backend support, billing, analytics, and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide backend support to customers by processing requests accurately and on time.
2. Assist in preparing and maintaining customer billing and invoices.
3. Verify customer data and ensure accuracy in records.
4. Generate and analyze reports using Excel and internal tools.
5. Maintain customer-related documentation and update records regularly.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and operational issues.
7. Track customer requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
8.



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
9. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
10. Ensure high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
11. Support the Customer Success team in day-to-day operational activities.
12. Learn company products and processes to deliver productive support.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of customer service and business operations.
- Familiarity with Excel functions such as filters, formulas, and pivot tables is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
