Job Summary
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Functional Consultant with experience in Finance modules and ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and business process discussions.
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Mapping.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, FDD, and other functional documentation.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams during development and customization.
- Support end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation projects.
- Execute Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with business users during implementation and Hypercare support.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
- Hands-on experience in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Budgeting (Preferred)
- Experience in Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Mapping.
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, FDD, and Functional Specifications.
- Experience in D365 F&O; Implementation, Configuration, Testing, and Go-Live Support.
- Knowledge of Data Migration and UAT.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Sure Step methodology is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Certification (MB-310) is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a consulting organization.
- Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations.
- Exposure to Programme Governance or PMO activities is a plus.
