Role: Python Full stack developer

Duration: Contract

Location: Remote

Work timing: US EST Hours

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who is not just a programmer but a true problem solver someone who understands their code end-to-end, thinks about long-term impact, and thrives in a team-oriented, high-accountability environment.

What You Will Do

- Contribute to a highly customized, large-scale quoting platform with deep business logic and meaningful revenue impact.
- Develop and evolve production-critical software in Python and React, working within a mature
- codebase that contains significant business logic and supports core revenue-generating workflows.
- Write code with 100% unit test coverage, ensuring every new line is tested, predictable, and production-ready.
- Understand and work within an existing complex architecture, respecting established patterns and contributing thoughtfully to ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate closely with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders in a communication-heavy environment.
- Diagnose problems holistically and build solutions that consider business rules, data flow, performance, and downstream dependencies.
- Take full ownership of your work from understanding requirements to implementation, testing, and long-term maintainability.
- Participate in a multi-stage technical interview process focused on problem-solving, algorithms, and engineering fundamentals.





What Were Looking For Core Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Python (production-level, business-critical systems)
- Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed application patterns
- Strong command of unit testing, test frameworks, and testing discipline
- Experience working within complex systems with layered business logic
- Experience working within mature Python codebases that have evolved over many years
- Ability to safely modernize existing systems while preserving critical business behavior
- Experience navigating technical debt, legacy patterns, and incremental refactoring efforts
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Experience with highly customized enterprise platforms
- Exposure to AWS-based environments
- Exposure to algorithmic problem-solving interviews or competitive coding
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, CRM integrations, or quote-to-cash workflows
- Familiarity with sales operations or revenue-impacting business systems
- Background working in environments with strict testing or quality standard
- Prior experience with quoting, configuration, pricing, or workflow-heavy systems
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, or serverless concepts
