Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and scale high-quality products. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, and user-focused solutions. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior engineers, and driving product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable product features and systems
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to understand requirements and deliver user-centric solutions
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from concept to production
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers
- Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability and scalability




- Ensure high standards of software quality through testing and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in product or software engineering
- Experience with modern frameworks, tools, and development practices
- Experience in up-to-date frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR).
- Expertise in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, C++).
- Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud-based services
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Prior experience building scalable, customer-facing products
- Leadership or mentoring experience
