Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with 5+ years of experience to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our existing Web Portal Application. The ideal candidate will have expertise across frontend development, backend APIs, CMS integration, database management, and CI/CD practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain the existing enterprise web portal application.
- Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java technologies.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Develop and integrate FastAPI (Python) services where required.
- Configure, customize,
and manage STRAPI CMS for content management and API-driven applications.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and CMS platforms.
- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API security best practices.
- Develop reusable components and maintain coding standards.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX teams, QA, and DevOps engineers.
- Ensure application scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
