Speaking to our clients, taking briefs, briefing our creative team, making sure the work done is on brief, sending the work to our clients, taking feedback, pushing back when necessary

Secondary

Cold outreach - reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email - sending them our cred deck, introducing yourself and our agency.
