We provide end-to-end clinical research services, including Clinical Operations, Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Project Management. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Writer / Scientific Writer to join our growing team.

Job Summary The Medical Writer / Scientific Writer will be responsible for preparing, editing, and reviewing high-quality scientific and medical documents for clinical research projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong scientific knowledge, excellent English writing skills, and the ability to interpret clinical data into publication-quality manuscripts and regulatory documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare scientific manuscripts for submission to national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Write and develop systematic reviews, literature reviews, case reports, observational studies, retrospective studies, and meta-analyses.
- Prepare abstracts, conference posters, presentations, and scientific presentations.
- Draft Clinical Study Reports (CSR), study protocols, Investigator Brochures (IB), informed consent documents, and other clinical research documents.
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches using PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, and other scientific databases.
- Interpret clinical data and transform complex scientific information into clear, concise, and publication-ready documents.
- Ensure all documents comply with ICH-GCP, CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, CARE, and journal-specific guidelines.
- Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs,



and Project Management teams.
- Respond to journal reviewer comments and revise manuscripts accordingly.
- Perform plagiarism checks, reference management, grammar review, and quality control before submission.
- Maintain publication timelines and project deadlines.
- Stay updated with current medical literature, research methodologies, and publication guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- MBBS / MD
- BDS / MDS
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm D
- MSc Life Sciences
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Clinical Research
- Public Health
- Any other relevant Life Science discipline

Required Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong scientific writing and editing skills.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodology and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP and research reporting guidelines.
- Experience with PubMed, EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, or similar reference management tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience

- 0–2 years: Freshers with exceptional scientific writing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical company, medical writing agency, or research organization will be preferred.
- Candidates with publications in indexed journals will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
