Neural Ledger is seeking a driven and passionate Full Stack Developer to join us as an early founding engineer. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and scaling our core product systems across backend, frontend, data, and AI-enabled workflows.

What You Will Do

- Build & Scale: Design, develop, and scale core product systems across the backend, frontend, and data layers.
- AI Integration: Build and manage AI-enabled workflows and orchestrations within the platform.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the technical stack, from high-level system design architecture to DevOps deployment.
- Quality Assurance: Test, debug, and maintain production-quality software to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across product, engineering, and operations to translate business requirements into technical architecture and tangible product features.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.




- Strong backend development experience using Python and FastAPI .
- Strong frontend development experience using React .
- Solid understanding of system design and scalable application architecture.
- Experience designing, building, and working with PostgreSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar AI workflow orchestration frameworks.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, deployment workflows, and cloud-based environments.
- Experience with QA testing, debugging, and maintaining software in a production environment.
- Ability to work full-time in a remote/hybrid startup environment.
- A strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to wear multiple hats.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building ERP systems, accounting tools, finance products, or workflow automation platforms.
- Familiarity with complex financial workflows (e.g., invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, approvals, or ledger systems).
- Previous experience working in an early-stage startup or alongside a founding team.
- A deep interest in AI-enabled finance, enterprise automation, and the future of enterprise software.
