We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Telecom Developer to build and enhance our next-generation AI Voice Platform, Contact Center, PBX, SBC, WebRTC, and SMS Platform . You will work closely with the product team to transform product ideas and technical requirements into production-ready features across telephony, AI, backend, and frontend.

Responsibilities

- Develop telecom applications using Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS, and Kamailio .
- Build VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, AI Voice, Contact Center, PBX, SBC, and SMS solutions.
- Develop scalable backend APIs, microservices, and WebSocket applications.
- Build modern React/Next.js admin dashboards and frontend applications.
- Integrate AI services including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Azure Speech , and related APIs.
- Implement SIP trunks, DIDs, IVRs, call routing, queues, conferences, recording, AI agents, and SMS features.
- Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, SRTP, NAT, codecs, WebRTC, and media issues.
- Write clean, scalable, well-documented production code.
- Collaborate with the product team to design, develop, test, and deploy new features.

- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- SMS: SMPP, SMS Gateways, Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage.
- DevOps: Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, Git, Nginx, Apache, CI/CD, AWS, GCP, Hetzner, Vultr.

Preferred FusionPBX, FreePBX, VICIdial, Janus, Coturn, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, and enterprise communication platforms.
