Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our R&D; team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications. You will also be looking to extend your experience into AI and Machine Learning to contribute to new engineering, product development and innovation.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions on the cloud and edge devices. This role requires expertise in modern application development, a deep understanding of system-level programming, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Reac. js, Node. js, Golang.
- Build and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop micro services, APIs, and libraries as needed.
- Integrate with third-party tools, APIs, and services.
- Research and experiment with leading edge technologies to enhance our products and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Optimize applications for performance and memory usage.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated test scripts.
- Ensure smooth deployment of applications and updates to production environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation,



including design specifications, user guides, and API documentation.
- Operate HashiCorp Vault for centralised secrets management spanning both private and public cloud workloads.
- Integrate External Secrets Operator to synchronise secrets from Vault and AWS Secrets Manager / Parameter Store into Kubernetes.
- Implement least-privilege IAM patterns per-pipeline roles on AWS, Keystone policies on OpenStack.

Skills & Abilities:

Must Have Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant experience with bachelor s degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and/or Golang .
- Experience with multiple frameworks AngularJS, React, Node. js .
- Experience with RESTful APIs , SOAP , and other integration technologies like gRPC or GraphQL.
- Experience with SQL and No-SQL database technologies MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Mongo DB, Cosmos DB .
- Experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git, SVN).
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with GenAI libraries - particularly TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Github Actions, etc).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e. g. , Azure, AWS) and their integration with applications.
- Familiarity with security best practices (e. g. , encryption, authentication, secure coding).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
