Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a secure, scalable, and high-performance Back Office/Admin Portal that supports an existing mobile application. The successful candidate will be responsible for building enterprise-grade web applications, developing secure APIs, implementing approval workflows, and creating dashboards that enable internal teams to efficiently manage, validate, and monitor data submitted through the mobile platform.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, along with experience in cloud platforms, modern development practices, and secure application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web-based admin applications.
- Build and maintain secure RESTful APIs for seamless integration with the existing mobile application.
- Develop features including data validation, approval workflows, user management, and administrative functions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support operational and business decision-making.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Design and optimize database schemas while ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, mobile developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Full Stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework:
- React.js
- Angular
- Vue.js
- Experience with one or more backend technologies:
- Node.js (Express.js/NestJS)
- Python (Django/FastAPI)
- Java (Spring Boot)
- .NET Core
- Solid understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing enterprise applications or administrative portals.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and secure software architectures.
- Exposure to AI-enabled applications or intelligent workflow automation.

Nice to Have
- Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI APIs or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence dashboards.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
