Role: Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of modern, scalable web applications. The role involves working across both frontend and backend technologies to deliver high-quality features, enhance user experiences, and support business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend layers.

- Build responsive user interfaces, dashboards, forms, and workflow-driven functionalities.

- Design, develop, and integrate APIs for seamless communication between systems.

- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Work with databases, including query optimization and data management.

- Implement business logic, validations, and user access controls.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver quality solutions.

- Integrate applications with internal platforms and third-party services.

- Follow best practices related to coding standards,



application security, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

- Experience building and maintaining modern web-based applications.

- Exposure to enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or workflow-driven systems is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Frontend

- React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

- HTML5, CSS3

- JavaScript / TypeScript

Backend

- Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies

API Development

- RESTful APIs

- Basic exposure to GraphQL is preferred

Database

- SQL and NoSQL databases

Tools & Practices

- Git, GitHub, or GitLab

- Postman

- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts

Preferred Skills

- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.

- Experience with reusable components and modular application architecture.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
