Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer (MERN) role based in Rajarhat.

The Full Stack

Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), ensuring responsive and scalable solutions. Daily responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end APIs, integrating databases, and collaborating with designers and SEO specialists to deliver cohesive digital products. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, improving performance, and adhering to best practices in security, documentation,



and deployment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, ideally with hands-on experience in the MERN stack.
- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including React and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive user interfaces.
- Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web Development skills, including Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API design.
- Knowledge of database technologies (MongoDB or similar), version control (Git), and modern build/deployment tools is beneficial.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, debug complex issues, and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SEO-friendly development practices, performance optimization, and security best practices is a plus.
