Role Description The Full Stack Developer will work as part of an on-site engineering team in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, in a full time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring high performance and reliability. The role involves collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions and implement new features and enhancements.





The developer will write clean, maintainable code, optimize databases and APIs, integrate with industrial and motion control systems where required, and participate in code reviews and testing. The position also includes troubleshooting issues, improving existing systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong full-stack capabilities, including Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
- Experience in Front-End Development, working with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Solid understanding of web application architecture, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
- Experience in industrial automation, motion control, or embedded/IoT integration is an advantage.
