We are looking for Full-Stack Developers to design, build, integrate, and maintain enterprise AI Assist capabilities. The developers will work on application development, APIs, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, reusable components, and AI-enabled user experiences.

The role requires strong software-engineering fundamentals, experience with enterprise integrations, and the ability to work with generative AI services and modern application architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise AI Assist applications and features.
- Build responsive, scalable, secure, and maintainable front-end and back-end components.
- Develop APIs, microservices, integration services, and reusable software components.
- Integrate AI Assist functionality with enterprise platforms, data sources, knowledge bases, and third-party systems.
- Integrate applications with large language models and generative AI services.
- Build workflows for prompt submission, context retrieval, response generation, validation, and user feedback.
- Develop automation capabilities for repetitive operational and service processes.
- Implement authentication, authorisation, logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Develop connectors for internal systems, external APIs, document repositories, and knowledge-management platforms.
- Work with retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise search components where required.
- Optimise application performance, response latency, reliability, and scalability.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and supporting technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and development best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with QA analysts to resolve defects and improve test coverage.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, release management, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, data,



and environment issues.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical design discussions.
- Build configurable and reusable components that can support multiple AI Assist use cases.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of professional software-development experience.
- Strong experience in at least one front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or equivalent.
- Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and code-review processes.
- Experience with automated testing and contemporary software-engineering practices.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed product, business, and QA teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other large language model services.
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and prompt management.
- Experience developing AI copilots, conversational applications, chat interfaces, or agent-based workflows.
- Knowledge of orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI security, prompt injection controls, content filtering, responsible AI, and data privacy.
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and application observability.
- Experience working with contact-centre, CRM, knowledge-management, or customer-support platforms.
- Familiarity with eGain or similar customer engagement and knowledge-management platforms would be beneficial.
