Role & responsibilities

- Create a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Support children's physical, social, emotional, and language development.
- Teach basic concepts, routines, and good manners through play.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being.
- Observe and track each child's progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed./NTT/ECCE preferred).
- Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Passionate about working with young children.
- Patient, caring, and responsible.
- Strong child-handling and classroom management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; prior preschool experience is an added advantage.
- Must be available for full time work.
