As a Credit Manager within our Tax practice, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of tax compliance and strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping businesses navigate intricate tax regulations, optimize their tax positions, and minimize compliance risks.
You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and confirming clients meet their tax obligations effectively. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards.
Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

Responsibilities Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
Guiding teams in the preparation and filing of tax returns to meet regulatory requirements
Utilizing analytical skills to review and analyze financial data for accurate tax reporting
Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize client tax positions
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address tax challenges
Overseeing the drafting and submission of regulatory tax documents
Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in tax compliance
Confirming data integrity and compliance within tax frameworks
Identifying opportunities for improving tax processes and minimizing compliance risks What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Flexible to Work in UK Shift Open to work from Office 4 days a week EA, CA preferred What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master's degree In at least one of the following fields of study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
At least one of the following: Progress toward professional certifications such as CA, CA (Inter), CPA, CFA (Level I), or equivalent internationally recognized certification
Robust foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
Navigating complex tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies
Demonstrating proficiency in tax compliance and planning
Utilizing project management skills to drive successful outcomes
Excelling in mentoring and developing team members
