About the Role Company: Aqilea India Role: Front End Developer(React.JS) Exp Range : 5 to 8 years Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid) Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building modern, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing high-quality user interfaces, converting design mockups into pixel-perfect applications, and integrating with backend APIs and cloud services. This role requires a proactive developer who can work independently within Agile teams , maintain clean and maintainable code, and contribute to the overall improvement of the frontend architecture.





Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and contemporary JavaScript (ES6+).

Convert

Figma or design prototypes into pixel-perfect UI components following best UI/UX practices. Build reusable and modular components using modern frontend architecture. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and Azure-hosted backend services .

Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams . Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Implement frontend testing strategies including unit testing and integration testing.

Work with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows for continuous integration and deployment. Identify performance bottlenecks and improve application performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
