Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM + OIC Consultant to design, develop, and support integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating Oracle Fusion HCM applications with enterprise and third-party systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP web service integrations.
- Work with XML, JSON, XSLT, and related integration technologies.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Ensure data security, reliability, and compliance across all integrations.




- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support integration testing, deployment, and production migrations.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and L2/L3 support.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud integrations.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, and JSON.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, security, and data transformation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and SCM applications.
- Oracle OIC and/or Oracle Fusion certifications.
- Experience with Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Reports.
- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL processes.
