We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle front office operations while generating sales for our coworking and virtual office services.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries.
- Explain coworking space and virtual office packages to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into customers.
- Schedule and coordinate office tours and client meetings.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain a clean and professional front office environment.





Requirements

- Graduate in discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Sales, Customer Service, or Reception.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Workspace).
- Good presentation and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
