About the Role:

Ducat India is hiring a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist for our Kohat Enclave, Pitampura branch. We are looking for a professional, well-presented and customer-focused individual with prior experience in the education or training industry.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain visitor records and front office operations.
- Coordinate with counselors and trainers for smooth student support.
- Manage emails and basic administrative tasks.




- Ensure a professional and organized reception area.

Eligibility:
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist.
- Experience in an Education Institute or Training Institute is mandatory/preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.
