Role Description The Front Desk Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Vijayawada East. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and managing check-ins and check-outs for tours and travel services. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining visitor and booking records, and coordinating with internal teams regarding tour schedules and customer requests.

The role also involves providing information about services,



assisting with basic reservations and payments, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and welcoming.

Executive supports smooth front office operations and contributes to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with diverse clients and visitors.

Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle in-person and digital inquiries.

Skilled Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience, including call handling, visitor management, and appointment scheduling.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software or booking systems.

Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or travel industry roles is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada East and maintain a customer-focused, courteous demeanor at all times.
