Role Description The Front Desk Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Tripura, India. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and managing receptionist duties, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries from learners and guardians.

The Front Desk

Manager will oversee reservations for classes, practice rooms, and events, maintain schedules and records, and coordinate with instructors and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.



Additional responsibilities include handling basic payment-related queries, supporting customer service initiatives, and maintaining an organized, professional reception area that reflects the centre’s focus on quality music education.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities.

Candidates should possess front-office skills, including Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, in relevant local languages and English.

Basic computer literacy, including use of email, office software, and scheduling tools.

Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, education administration, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Professional and welcoming demeanor, with a genuine interest in supporting music learners and educators.
