- Inspect incoming raw materials, castings, and machined components as per inspection standards.

- Perform visual inspection to identify defects such as cracks, blow holes, porosity, and dimensional deviations.

- Measure components using basic measuring instruments such as:

- Vernier Caliper

- Micrometer

- Height Gauge
- Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports and quality check sheets.

- Ensure products comply with customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Segregate non-conforming parts and report quality issues to the Quality Engineer or Supervisor.

- Support first-piece, in-process, and final inspections during production.

- Maintain traceability and identification of inspected materials.

- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions under senior guidance.

- Follow 5S, safety rules, and company quality procedures.

- Coordinate with Production, Foundry, and Machine Shop teams to resolve quality-related issues.

- Maintain proper documentation as per ISO/IATF requirements.

- Participate in internal quality training and continuous improvement activities.
