Role Description The Business Development Associate – B2C Sales (Fresher) is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. In this position, the associate will engage directly with prospective learners, explain Crio.Do’s programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, following up with inquiries, and delivering effective presentations and product demos.
The associate will communicate with potential customers via calls, messages, and online meetings, understand their learning goals, and recommend suitable courses.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and consistently working toward individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for interacting with prospective customers.
Ability to create and deliver effective presentations, with solid presentation skills and experience preparing presentations.
Capability in lead generation and market research to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
Comfort working in a target-driven sales environment and interest in B2C sales for education or technology products.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn them.
Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a growth mindset suitable for a fresher in a fast-paced organization.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
