Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our Production team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day production activities, follow quality and safety standards, and support smooth manufacturing operations while learning production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Operate and monitor machines under the guidance of senior staff.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Support product changeovers and material handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the production area.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality,



Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
- Learn production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification

- Any Graduate (Freshers are encouraged to apply.)

Preferred Candidate

- Freshers or candidates with 0-6 months of internship, apprenticeship, or industrial training.
- Candidates interested in building a career in the Food/FMCG Manufacturing industry.
