We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, improve manufacturing efficiency, and ensure high-quality product output. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and design teams to implement process improvements, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.

- Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methods.

- Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate with design, quality, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth product manufacturing.

- Conduct time studies and capacity planning to improve operational efficiency.

- Support recent product introduction (NPI)



and process validation activities.

- Monitor key manufacturing metrics and recommend improvements.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- 25 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and root cause analysis.

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is preferred.

- Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
