Role Description The Freight Dispatcher – US Logistics role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The dispatcher will coordinate and schedule freight movements for US lanes, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while optimizing routes and carrier utilization.

This role involves managing dispatch boards, monitoring shipment status, handling incoming and outgoing calls with drivers, carriers, and customers, and updating systems with accurate load information. The dispatcher will work closely with operations and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues, maintain high service levels, and support compliance with client and carrier requirements.



The position requires working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clear communication, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust dispatching skills, including load planning, route optimization, and coordination with drivers and carriers.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle high-volume calls and provide clear, professional updates.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Knowledge of US logistics operations, freight terminology, and basic transportation regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts aligned with US time zones and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with logistics software, TMS platforms, and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in freight dispatching, trucking, or US-based logistics operations is highly beneficial.
