Role Description The Freight Dispatcher (US Logistics) is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling freight movements for US lanes, communicating with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

The role includes monitoring shipment status, updating tracking systems, and proactively resolving delays or route issues. The dispatcher will handle load planning, optimize routes, manage daily dispatch sheets, and maintain accurate records in line with customer and regulatory requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities also involve close collaboration with the operations and customer support teams to provide timely updates, maintain service quality, and support a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in freight dispatching or US logistics operations, with strong understanding of routing, scheduling, and load planning.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems, GPS or tracking tools, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, email platforms).
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with drivers, carriers, and customers, including clear spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation, shipment records, and compliance-related information.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts to support US time zones, as required by business needs.
- Prior experience in international freight forwarding or US market logistics is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
