Role Description The Freelanced US Recruiter role is a full time, remote position focused on identifying, attracting, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the United States. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and evaluating resumes and profiles against client requirements.

The recruiter will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interview logistics with clients, and maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems. The role also involves partnering closely with client talent acquisition teams, providing market insights, and ensuring a professional,



inclusive candidate experience from first contact through placement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and resume screening, with the ability to identify qualified US-based talent efficiently.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate outreach, interviewing, and selection for a range of professional roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with clients and candidates in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
- Familiarity with US labor market trends, basic employment practices, and diverse, inclusive recruitment approaches.
- Prior experience as a recruiter, talent sourcer, or staffing specialist; agency or RPO background is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
