Role Description This is a contract, on-site Freelance UI/UX Designer role based in Hyderabad. The designer will translate product requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering teams, creating visually consistent design systems, building interactive prototypes, and refining designs based on user feedback and data. The role involves conducting basic user research, improving usability, ensuring responsive layouts,



and maintaining brand alignment across all touchpoints. The designer will also prepare design assets and specifications for front-end implementation and participate in design reviews to iterate quickly.

Qualifications

- Strong user experience skills, including User Experience (UX) research, journey mapping, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with the ability to create clear, attractive, and consistent layouts.
- Experience creating wireframes, Mockups, and clickable prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Foundational understanding of Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Prior experience designing for consumer-facing platforms or marketplaces; real estate or property-tech experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a user-centered mindset and attention to detail.
- Relevant education or training in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work.
