Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and personal networks.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Solid negotiation and candidate management skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

- Prior recruitment experience is an advantage.

- Freshers with excellent sourcing skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
