Experience: 5+ Years About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP WM and modern WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or MARC, while partnering directly with warehouse and logistics business teams.

You will lead warehouse process design, WMS configuration, ERP integrations, production support, and analytics initiatives to improve warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities

Business Process Management

Partner with warehouse and logistics stakeholders to analyze current warehouse operations.

Design future-state warehouse processes for:

Receiving

Putaway

Replenishment

Picking (Wave, Batch, Zone)

Packing

Shipping

Cycle Counting

Returns

WMS Configuration

Configure warehouse management rules and workflows.

Configure allocation strategies, task interleaving, slotting, cartonization, and labeling.





Manage configuration governance and change management.

Integration & Technical Support

Design and support integrations between:

SAP ERP

WMS

OMS

TMS

Transportation carriers

EDI

Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)

RFID

Voice Picking

Troubleshoot APIs, middleware, EDI, and interface issues.

Production Support

Act as L3 Support SME for warehouse execution issues.

Perform root cause analysis across application, database, and integration layers.

Resolve production incidents and optimize warehouse system performance.

Reporting & Analytics

Develop SQL queries and reconciliation reports.

Build warehouse operational dashboards and KPIs.

Monitor inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock, order cycle time, pick productivity, backlog, and SLA adherence.

Robust understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

Experience supporting ERP and warehouse integrations.
