Role Description

White Globe Group is looking for experienced Freelance Mandarin (Chinese) Interpreters to join our growing global network.

This is a remote contract opportunity for professionals who can provide accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation services between Mandarin Chinese and English. The role involves facilitating seamless communication across various business and professional environments, including:

- Business meetings
- Virtual conferences
- Training sessions
- Client discussions
- Technical meetings
- Corporate events
- Medical, legal, and other specialized assignments (based on expertise)

Interpreters should be comfortable working in both virtual and onsite environments,



depending on project requirements.

Qualifications

* Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation
- Ability to interpret accurately while maintaining tone, intent, and context
- Solid listening, concentration, and memory retention skills
- Ability to adapt to different accents, speaking styles, and industries
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Professional certification in interpretation is an added advantage
- Previous experience in the translation or language services industry is preferred
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote working setup for virtual assignments
