Role Description The Freelance E-commerce Manager is a part time, remote role responsible for managing and optimizing Manifestation Cart’s online sales channels across the official website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplace platforms . Day-to-day tasks include updating product listings, managing pricing and promotional campaigns, handling inventory coordination, and ensuring accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly product content across all platforms.

The role also involves resolving marketplace and account-related issues , including seller account health, listing errors, catalog mismatches, policy warnings, payment and settlement issues, order management problems, account suspensions, and customer complaints.



The E-commerce Manager will coordinate with marketplace support teams to ensure smooth account operations and uninterrupted sales performance.

Additional responsibilities include tracking online sales performance, analyzing customer behavior, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to increase conversions, average order value, and customer satisfaction. The role may also include coordinating basic digital marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and traffic-generation initiatives to support online growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to manage pricing strategies, promotional offers, and marketplace coordination.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to support a positive online shopping experience.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce data, optimize product listings, and improve conversion rates.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, Myntra Partner Portal, Ajio Seller Panel, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms .
- Ability to identify and resolve seller account, listing, catalog, payment, order, and policy-related issues efficiently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, wellness, lifestyle, beauty, spiritual products, or online retail is preferred.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, content management systems, and SEO tools; familiarity with social media marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing is an advantage.
