✅ About the Role:
Oxcytech Technologies is looking for freelance recruiters, staffing consultants, or business development professionals to help us expand our IT resource outsourcing business by introducing us to companies (India or USA) that hire remote developers.
This is a purely commission-based, no-fixed-salary opportunity – best suited for professionals who have an active network of HRs, CTOs, or Hiring Managers in the IT services/product industry.

Thi s is not a role for Business Analysts, Product Owners, or full-time internal HRs.
We are looking for people with:
✔️ Experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or B2B client acquisition
✔️ Solid network in India or USA IT companies (startups, SMBs)
✔️ Ability to pitch remote developer hiring (not projects)
✔️ Existing freelance consultants or professionals looking for side income
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to decision-makers (HRs, Founders, CTOs) in IT companies
- Pitch our remote developers (MERN Stack, QA, AWS, etc.)
for hiring
- Coordinate with our delivery team for resume submissions
- Join 2 short weekly sync-ups (15 mins each, Mon & Thurs, between 11AM–10PM IST)
No recruitment or sourcing work is expected from your side. ✅ Commission Structure:
? For USA Clients: ₹75,000 per successful deployment (max 3 deployment per client)
? For Indian Clients: ₹25,000 per successful deployment (max 3 per deployment client)
? Commission released after 2 months of candidate stability
? TDS will be deducted as per Indian tax norms
? Project-based commissions (for any private/gov projects you bring) will be discussed separately
