About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Red Teaming & Automation Test Engineer to help evaluate and strengthen the security, safety, and reliability of AI-powered voice and chatbot applications .
This is not a manual testing role . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building or working with automation testing frameworks and applying AI red teaming methodologies to identify vulnerabilities, prompt injection risks, jailbreaks, and other security weaknesses in conversational AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation frameworks for testing AI voice and chatbot applications.
- Execute AI red teaming exercises to identify security and safety vulnerabilities.
- Automate adversarial test scenarios for LLM-based applications.
- Validate chatbot and voice assistant behavior against security, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Perform prompt injection, jailbreak, and adversarial testing.
- Create reusable automated test suites for continuous AI validation.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and security teams to improve model robustness.
- Document findings and recommend mitigation strategies.
Required Skills
- Experience with automation testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI Red Teaming methodologies.
- Experience testing conversational AI, LLMs, chatbots, or voice assistants.
- Programming experience in Python or similar languages.
- Understanding of prompt injection, jailbreak testing, adversarial attacks, and AI safety.
- Familiarity with API automation and test scripting.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI security, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, or AI risk assessment.
- Experience with CI/CD-based automated testing.
