Role Description The Freelance AI in Supply Chain & Logistics Management Trainer will deliver interactive, industry-relevant training sessions to learners at Henry Harvin’s Coimbatore location. This part-time, in office role involves designing and updating course curricula, preparing learning materials and case studies, and explaining AI concepts as applied to supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The trainer will conduct live classes, workshops, and practical exercises using real-world tools and examples, while assessing learner performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations.

Additional responsibilities include providing constructive feedback,



staying current with emerging AI and supply chain trends, and collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve program quality and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in supply chain and logistics management, including concepts like demand planning, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Applied knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data analytics in supply chain contexts, such as forecasting models, route optimization, and predictive analytics.

Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor, with the ability to design structured lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom sessions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse learner groups.

Comfort with using digital tools for teaching, including presentation software, learning management systems, and data analysis or visualization tools.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.

Demonstrated industry experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related roles, preferably with exposure to AI-driven solutions.

Ability to work part time on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple batches or sessions, and adapt teaching methods based on learner feedback.
