About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented and high-performing Franchise Development Manager to lead the franchise expansion strategy for Growfitz Wellness Mart. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating and converting franchise leads, managing investor relationships, and expanding our retail store footprint across target regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Franchise Lead Generation & Sales:

Identify potential investors, franchise partners, and business opportunities for store expansion. Pitch the Growfitz Wellness Mart franchise model, unit economics, ROI projections, and brand value to prospective franchisees.

Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial inquiry/lead qualification to site approval and agreement signing.

- Investor Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise owners. Address franchisee queries regarding investment requirements, operational models, and growth support.
- Market Research & Expansion Strategy:

Analyze target markets, locations, and competitor presence to evaluate high-potential sites for new store launches.



Work closely with upper management to set expansion goals and pipeline targets.
- Agreement & Documentation:

Coordinate the onboarding process, including Franchise Agreement execution, legal documentation, and compliance checks. Facilitate smooth handoff to the store operations team once the franchise agreement is finalized.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, or Retail Expansion (preferably in FMCG, Retail, Wellness, or QSR sectors).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Skills Required:

Proven track record in B2B/Franchise sales and closing high-value deals.

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Strong understanding of retail unit economics, ROI calculations, and franchise business models.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required for site evaluations and investor meetings.
