We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Franchise Manager to oversee franchise development, operations, and relationship management. The role involves identifying new franchise opportunities, onboarding franchise partners, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving the overall growth and profitability of the franchise network. Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop new franchise opportunities to expand the company's network.

Manage the complete franchise lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, onboarding, and launch.

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.

Provide operational guidance, training, and ongoing support to franchisees.

Ensure franchisees comply with company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines.

Monitor franchise performance through regular reviews and business analysis.

Develop strategies to improve franchise sales,



profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with marketing teams to execute local and national promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations to support franchise growth.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

3–7 years of experience in franchise management, business development, retail operations, or channel partner management.

Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
